>SCHEDULE

VABf is a free event, open to the public. Everything — apart from Nathanael Russel's Artist Talk — will take place within Karma Birdhouse. We invite the attendees to explore the space, visit the exhibitors' tables, the speakers room, and workshop space at Iskra. As you do, please be mindful of other businesses in the building and respect the signage that delimitates the space for the Vermont Art Book Fair.

We hope you'll enjoy every moment at the fair and find something special to take home—something that keeps inspiring you for days to come.

>THROUGHOUT THE FAIR

*Print, find, and bind your Program

There won’t be a traditional program booklet at VABf — you’ll be making your own. As you explore the fair, exhibitors will offer custom pages at their booths, and hands-on printmaking stations will allow you to create pages of your own. VABf will provide a cover sheet, and our in-house book binder elf will be there to help assemble everything into a finished keepsake. Be sure to share and tag us with your creations, we can’t wait to see what you make!

*Iskra Workshop with Nathaniel Russell @ KBH, Lower Level

The Iskra print Collective with be hosting a free drop-in style screenprinting workshop featuring artwork by Nathaniel Russell. Everyone is invited to participate and receive a free print.

Friday, 4/10: 5pm —8pm
Saturday, 4/11: 1pm — 7pm

*Zine Potluck, hosted by Loose Goose Studio @ KBH, Lower Level

The Zine Potluck is an experimental, community-centered activity for both guests and exhibitors to share and explore their zine work. We welcome zine makers of all kinds – anonymously or not – in a curiosity driven space.

Bring one or more zines of your creation (or from another creator with their permission) and leave them on display in the Maple Conference Room for the full duration of the fair or just while you browse.

The Potluck is a sharing space only so zines are just for browsing, not for taking.
From 6:30pm through 7:30pm, creators will be invited to give optional 5 minute presentations about their zines. Again, this activity is open to all guests and exhibitors.

If you wish to donate your zine to VABf, simply leave your zine behind and we will add it to the VABf library.
